About

Certified Phsychosomatic Therapist and Health Coach based in Singapore. With 20 years as a physiotherapist in Europe, I work at the meeting point of body and mind to ease stress, inner pressure, and emotional overload, without diagnosing or treating illness.

My name is Cornelia. I'm a therapist and NLP coach, and I trained as a physiotherapist in Europe with over 20 years of hands-on experience.

Early in my career, I noticed something: the people who weren't healing weren't just dealing with physical pain. They were carrying exhaustion, invisible pressure, and a quiet sense that they were somehow falling behind. Sound familiar?

I know that feeling from the inside. I raised two sons, sustained a long relationship through its own seasons, and spent 25 years living across different countries, rebuilding myself each time, navigating new cultures, new roles, new versions of who I was supposed to be.

Whether you're moving through an expat transition, finding your footing after motherhood, facing the changes that come with menopause, or reinventing yourself after a career shift, you've probably noticed that no one really prepares you for how much it takes out of you. The pressure doesn't announce itself. It just accumulates, until your body starts sending signals you can't ignore.

That's where I come in.

My background in physiotherapy gave me a deep understanding of how the body holds stress and emotion. Now I work at the intersection of body, mind, and environment, because lasting change rarely comes from just one angle. Together, we untangle what's holding you back and rebuild from a place of confidence, clarity, and your own strength.

Sessions available in English and German, online and in person.

A note on my services

The work we do together is coaching and education, focused on self-awareness, personal growth, and building your own inner resources. It is not physiotherapy, medical treatment, or psychological counseling, and it does not replace care from a licensed doctor, psychologist, or psychiatrist.

If you are currently working with a healthcare professional, coaching can be a wonderful complement to that support. If you are experiencing a medical condition, acute psychological distress, or a mental health crisis, I encourage you to reach out to a qualified professional or emergency services first.

Participation is always voluntary, and you remain in the driver's seat throughout our work together. Results vary from person to person, and I do not make guarantees about specific outcomes. What I do promise is a safe, supportive space where you are met with care and without judgment.
